3. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Service to create, upload, or share content that:
3.1 Harmful or Dangerous Content
- Promotes dangerous food practices or eating disorders
- Contains intentionally false nutritional or food safety information
- Encourages consumption of harmful substances
- Provides medical or health advice that could be harmful
3.2 Illegal Content
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringes on intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, patents)
- Promotes illegal activities
- Contains or distributes malware or harmful code
3.3 Offensive Content
- Is hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence against individuals or groups
- Contains explicit sexual content or pornography
- Harasses, bullies, or threatens others
- Is defamatory or invades privacy
3.4 Deceptive Content
- Misrepresents authorship or origin of content
- Creates fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements
- Spreads misinformation or disinformation

- Attempting to bypass usage limits or restrictions
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits

- Attempting to access other users' accounts or data
- Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
4.2 AI Manipulation
- Attempting to “jailbreak” or manipulate AI safety measures
- Using prompt injection or other techniques to bypass content policies
- Attempting to extract training data or model information
- Using the Service to train competing AI models
4.3 Commercial Misuse
- Reselling or redistributing the Service without authorization
- Using the Service to provide a competing service
- Excessive automated bulk content generation
- Spam generation or mass content farming
5. Anthropic Usage Policy Compliance
Our Service uses Anthropic's Claude AI. In addition to this Policy, you must comply with Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy.
Violations of Anthropic's policy include but are not limited to:
- Generating content that facilitates violence or illegal activities
- Creating deceptive content (misinformation, fraud, impersonation)
- Producing content that sexually exploits or endangers minors
- Attempting to circumvent AI safety measures

6. Content Responsibility

- Reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before publishing
- Ensuring accuracy of recipes, cooking instructions, and food safety information
- Verifying that content does not infringe on others' intellectual property
- Complying with FTC disclosure requirements if using content for sponsored posts
- Ensuring allergen information is accurate if included in recipes
6.2 Food Safety Disclaimer
Important:
AI-generated recipes should always be verified for food safety. Cooking temperatures, storage instructions, and food handling advice should be checked against authoritative sources (USDA, FDA, etc.) before publication. Food Blog Coaching is not responsible for food safety issues arising from AI-generated content.

8. Enforcement
We reserve the right to take action against users who violate this Policy, including:
